Laticrete NXT® Level Flow

LATICRETE NXT® Level Flow is a fire-rated, cement-based self-leveling underlayment designed for interior floor preparation where a smooth, flat, and durable surface is needed. This high-flowing floor leveler can be poured or pumped, making it a practical choice for both smaller floor repairs and larger flooring installation projects.

NXT Level Flow can be installed over properly prepared concrete, gypsum-based substrates, exterior glue plywood, and other structurally sound surfaces. It helps correct uneven floors and create a hard, level base before installing finished flooring materials.

This self-leveling underlayment can be placed from 1/8" to 2" in a single lift and tapered to zero at the edges, giving flooring installers flexibility when preparing interior substrates. It is suitable for use under hardwood, resilient flooring, cork, ceramic tile, natural stone, carpet, and other floor coverings.
